What about the ones that last long-term, such as the polio vaccine? I'm not exactly pro-vax but I don't know what to think on the long-term ones that have been around for a while.

When was the last polio case in the US? What risk are you actually vaccinating against?

I get where you're coming from but an argument can be made: polio is essentially eradicated because of the vaccines. Note, I'm not saying that as objective fact, just that such an argument could be made, thus why I don't see this as quite a clear black-and-white issue as some seem to.
