nostr:npub160t5zfxalddaccdc7xx30sentwa5lrr3rq4rtm38x99ynf8t0vwsvzyjc9 famous for believing they’re famous.

@Amrush the world does that. not just nostr. stay humble, stack sats.

Definition of "famous" matters. Nothing wrong with being famous. Fiat has warped the meaning in general context to be negative.

fame was warped before Babylon fell.

do you view “fiat” in this context as all that presents fake value, but has no real value? if so, i agree

Fiat. By decree. There are people famous in modern society because others decided it for the masses. They didn't do anything important or ground breaking. They just sold their soul.

Its an interesting principle.

ive called it empire, or the empire of man, but its the same.

Can one build a morally good empire? Or does the structure corrupt in time?

my current belief is that empire, which started with Nimrod and Babel, is incompatible with the Kingdom. And that we largely have no idea what the Kingdom actually is, or how the Seven Mountains of culture look in a Kingdom paradigm. I have no answers there either. Ive been asking for revelation there, and see the edges of how it looks in my own life.

also, youre a good man 👍
