Would the boiled ones be better than olive oil? Or does it not really matter? I just know a lot of olive oil secretly has seed oils in it
If you have access to fresh oysters, it's much better to purchase every week and eat raw or boil/steam if worried about food-borne pathogens.
I think steamed oysters with homemade ponzu sauce and grated daikon radish is excellent.
I actually rinse these in a sieve because I highly doubt this isn't one of those sketchy olive oil "blends".
