It’s delicious. Basically a pork chop with the pork belly attached. We first had it in Puerto Rico and fell in love with it.

This one is actually Black Olive wood. It is a cutting board, but I only use it as a serving tray.
Walnut is gorgeous and it doesn’t surprise me it has lasted 25 yrs.
