Initial relays have a lot to do with a good initial experience. I’ve seen similar issues in tests and cases where it was all a breeze.
Profile editing IS a major pain - when things don’t save right away. Confusing and annoying.
I’ve offered guidance for labeling things but to this day most clients have ignored it I think.
