Start with a food van or pop up street vending.

Get the word out, grow to a cafe, then a restaurant.

Offer to do the catering for your local bitcoin meet up.

We knew a guy who did… Bitcoiners only wanted to spend fiat and shitcoiners kept pushing their tokens on customers. He closed down after 4 years do to low patronage.

There are some, but they always end up serving terrible food. A Bitcoin club could do well, but I doubt it could be big enough to sustain a professional kitchen
