Vaccines harmed a LOT of people, was an absolute catastrophe, the results of which are not remotely all in. Deporting millions of illegals and sweeping up *some* legal people is not in the same ballpark, or, to quote Pulp Fiction, isn’t even the same sport. It’s more like prosecuting crime knowing that you will prosecute (and convict) some innocent people.

Every legal person deported is an injustice, obviously, and they should offer a remedy in those cases but apples and oranges.
