last time i did it on this 10yo laptop was before covid 😂
If the laptop is easy enough to work on you might as well do it. I repasted my old Thinkpad last year and it was super easy.

lol yes this is a thinkpad too, notice the palmrest getting hotter than usual lately and i dont run many apps, just need to order the paste, what brand do you recommend? i forgot what i used last time arctic mx or something
I used some Noctua paste I already had.
