by the way my computer chair i have picked up from the garbage and then used a screwdriver to remove the backrest and arm rests so that it takes up less space.

scammers are always looking to concoct some new must-have trend but you don't actually need 99% of that shit. you need knowledge not products. believing that you need a standing desk to be healthy is like believing that you need some pill to be healthy.

that said the world is changing so experimentation will be required to keep adapting to change. i just ask you nostr:npub1rfw075gc6pc693w5v568xw4mnu7umlzpkfxmqye0cgxm7qw8tauqfck3t8 to be open minded and not automatically assume something is healthy just because it is trendy among people who like to signal being health conscious.

or it may actually be good for you but for reasons completely unrelated to stated benefits. for example it may be good for your psychological health to hang out with other coders in the park. or maybe a standing desk is good for you because if you get tired of standing you will actually stop doom scrolling.

regardless, the key is always to be open minded. but not as open minded as nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c whose brain most certainly is falling out, but luckily i am there to catch it ( even though i never get a thank you from him for this ).
