Saylor is building the SBR.

1. MSTR's location is somewhat unusual: a 20-minute drive to the Pentagon.

2. MicroStrategy spawned the MSTR mafia; a few ex-MSTR employees now head billion-dollar businesses, most in the D.C. area. Odd.

3. Eric Trump's speech in Abu Dhabi, saying he has known Trump for 20 years. Hmm.

4. His reaction when probed about the possibility of an EO 6102.

5. His overall knowledge of American history, giving a major patriot vibe. One who would do anything for his country.

You think there will be a buyout or something? How do you think it goes down? Interesting theory.

I really don't know how it could play out, but I think a friendly tender offer would be the easiest and quickest path.

Saylor would need 50% + 1 of the voting shares; right now he has 45%. Interestingly, BlackRock holds 5.2%...

Then strike a deal with the USG.

Shareholders would be winners in USD terms. But the race to get back into BTC would make the price skyrocket.

If this goes down I’ll remember this post. Thanks for the angle!
