"prepubescent children" is redundant
Discussion
I dunno, with all the people calling 16 year olds children I think it's a helpful term.

Infants -> toddlers -> children/prepubescent [Same thing in this instance, it's record-keeping for me] -> tweens + early teens/pubescent, older teens + "teendults" [The legality and/or transitional two years into adulthood], depending/postpubescent, but maybe that be me??
Don't forget to shove "adolescent" in there somewhere!
