In one way, we should be grateful for central banks. They kicked the can down the road long enough for bitcoin to grow, evolve, get a layer 2 for processing smaller payments, and increased security wallet options.

Hopefully the can will be kicked a little longer for these things to become more robust but, they've given us some runway.

People tend to immedietely want everything all at one.

But Bitcoin is patient. By creating usable systems and battle hardening Bitcoin one crisis at a time, the safe haven has developed from a wild jungle of opportunity to a bustling village of hope. Over time, it will become a booming metropolis of freedom and prosperity.
