no, if you and the other person are not connected to any overlapping relays you will not see each other's posts. unless those posts are propagated between the separate relay lists by another person.

So if I remove all relays except for 1, let's say bitcoiner.social, as an example, and then I go to my global feed, will I only see posts made by others connected to bitcoiner.social (unless posts are propogated)?
