make the basics of nostr so a 5th grader could understand and follow along. Keys, Relays, nodes, lightning, all of it. Stop making services that cost users bitcoin as the general public doesn't use bitcoin, yet. Slow pill them. Leave it as an option. Not a forced focus. Would also help if we all posted less bitcoin content and more real human content. To new folks nostr notes seem like a bunch of crazy folks from the nuthouse wispering bitcoin over and over again...Its Freedom tech. So if yoir hesrt is in itn you have the time,Make it free and earn from the notoriety /micro apps/ features later so you can build using a large base of user feedback, not what you think is missing or you and your 5 buddies would like. We need one mobile app for ios and Droid. Why? Not many 18-35 actually use even laptops now a days. As of June 2023, 65 percent of respondents aged 18 to 29 years stated that they owned a laptop, generally just for schooling though....Devs...There are to many devs, and bad actors *cough ZBD*, making clients and none are catching on with the general public with actual traction... Thats for a reason...Teamwork makes the dream work. Huddle up and solve the problem. Everyone working in different directions solves nothing and just creates more work long run and confusion for new users not used to "keys" or bitcoin.
Maybe we should call it #nostr4everyone or something like that.
It would seem less pretentious to all the people we want to onboard....
