Who wants to help test

I'm building a run tracker with the main features so far being:

1. Login with Nostr

2. Track your run

3. Share your run to Nostr

4. View/Zap/Comment Running related posts

The roadmap is

- NIP 60 e-cash wallet

- Wavlake music integration

- Rewards system

Its extremely rough around the edges, but I'll zap good feature requests, issues I'm not aware of (there are plenty) and general ideas about the direction of the app.

Does it work for hiking? (I’m not a runner but hike many miles)

How private is it? Tracking run wise?

Looks fun though. Pretty neat app

Right now the tracking doesnt work at all.

I want it to be privacy focused because of the leanings of the community, so i'll do my best.

Will probably focus on running niche.

Ok sounds good. If hiking would help in the future then just hit me up. I do get in quite a few miles still because of the ultra light hiking I do.

Also more of a walker myself (use the app smilesbitcoin.com for that). But solid wavlake intergration would be so great! Some quick thoughts: • Weather data overlay for context on run conditions

• Pleb-run challenges (e.g., weekly distance goals with zaps for top performers)

• Route planning/sharing so runners can discover new paths

• Zap leaderboard showcasing the most-supported runs/posts

Distance tracker and pacer isnt working.

Just a heads up this is super early. But will zap if you manage to post a run to nostr.

no sweat. funny enough I think I had GPS permission off during my run. I'll follow up here with some Garmin side by side even though it's essentially just a short run time for now. love this idea. my brother is a Strava fan, and I've only used the briefly.

I can't run, but I would be up for a similar platform that tracks your outdoor adventure and allows you to share it with others so they can do it too.

It could be a swimming hole, or an undocumented trail, mountaineering route, kayaking adventure...
