If the cop actually cared about deescalating, he could've asked him to roll down the passenger side window and just tried to explain the reason for pulling him over instead of calling for 50 cops, breaking his window and assaulting the guy.

Typical cop behavior... I hope the dude that got pulled over gets paid.

He probably would've gotten pulled over even of the lights where on. Most cops don't give a fuck.

Ima start driving with my lights on during the middle of the day from now... Just in case... 👀
