Was surprising to hear, but I’ve often gone through same thought process. How to buy, validate it, store it, fees on buying and selling, etc. I either stop there or buy GLD (warts and all). yea, not anything close to a full rotation but considered stacking a small amount of physical
not interested in gld at all, the whole point was as a hedge to major societal breakdown where btc isnt accepted locally
came to the conclusion that i will just use 9 and 556 to trade for local goods in that scenario, consistently stacking more rounds
I’ve literally said the same thing to others. In societal breakdown / Mandibles scenario, I’d much rather have guns and ammo vs gold or silver. If society is intact, I don’t see how Bitcoin doesn’t win over time
