I sleep on the train going home every day and it always varies. I started using a hoodie for a pillow and I can get a solid 45 minutes easily. Maybe try that or a neck pillow. Or a heavy sedative lol.

I actually did that with my hoodie, as I still don’t own a neck pillow 💜 Feeling much better now, so all good 🤘

Yeah I refuse to buy a neck pillow so the hoodie is the way. Maybe I’ll end up folding and buying one.
