If you wonder why I followed you again: I lost all my followers. I am not sure why it happened. I upgraded my Nerostr Instance. It might be related to it.

u can never lose followers - u can only lose who you are following that attached to npub only
Yes I meant I lost a the people I followed. And I lost them again after using iris.to ?!
ur profile got corrupted !
if u didnot backup at all before u have do from scratch - follow all again 1 by 1- then BACKUP
iris ->settings -> download profile data
save this and take backup every month as u keep following more.
restore this i any client - if same corrupt issue happens
if you had more relays apart from the nerostr one in your list, this shouldn't have happened at all! and you can always rebroadcast with: https://metadata.nostr.com/
