Here is an easy way to test.

Install NFC Tools on android.

Tap read and try to read it.

What type of card does it say it is?

Didn't know NFC Tools covered RFID. Will take a look.

Most “RFID” access cards are NFC

Technically not NFC but ISO 14443 which is good enough for smartphone readers.
