Challenge your balance everyday for at least 5 minutes

Make it playful, play some music, make it challenging enough that it keeps you engaged but not so hard that it’s frustrating

Movement benefit: recalibrates your entire lower body and offsets the effects of chair sitting and unnatural shoes

Mind benefit: improves your ability to focus and concentrate which is a superpower in the age of distraction
