Is there a way to avoid link preview in the post? Links should still be clickable. Every hint appreciated!

On nostr, not really. Nostr clients love loading preview cards because nostr devs overall don't really care about the quality of their work.
When I don't want to be/look complicit with that, I just drop the https:// but then the link won't be clickable in a lot of clients
