😂
are you sure you didn't consumed it? It's in every food you buy! 🤨
In a more serious note: sunburn is 100% natural consequence of long sun exposure, but maybe seed oil make it worse?
(just making hypothesis here: I'm a "seed oil hater" but never considered the sun effect of it)
You probably still have to build up your tolerance.
I'm a strong believer in a whole food, high animal, low carb diet, and of all the stupid shit "carnivore" people peddle, the "sunburn is caused by seed oils" conspiracy is one of the most ridiculous.
Since I stopped wearing sunglasses, I haven't gotten burned yet this year.
🤷♂️
This is an interesting theory I have heard. Have been experimenting with it too.
Yup.
We'll see.
I was hours in the sun yesterday also and not using glasses for a while. First time I got no burn at all, not sure if lack of sunglasses or carnivor. Anyway I felt a deep sleep yesterday around 8pm, like when I was a child getting very very tired before sleeping.
I'm not sure that it has had an effect on my sleep, but, the not getting burned thing is holding pretty solid. I spent one day moving 1000+ pavers on a hot and sunny day and I didn't get burned at all. That seems to be an outlier at I'd normally expect to get burned on a day like that.
Looks like we are discovering the real science...or just listen to people's advice from 300 years ago and earlier.
I just think it's good to start questioning what we assume are the foundations of our existence.
I've found the modern "foundations" to be flimsy at best and downright nefarious at worst.
I don't wear sunglasses, either
