It tastes terrible but it might help: gargle with half a cup of cold black tea mixed with a tablespoon of vinegar (it doesn't matter if it's white or red). Three times a day. Grandma's secret.
Ew! That sounds promising. Does it help on dry throat though? Black tea usually makes my mouth feel even drier 🤔
