India has now effectively cut off the flow of water to Pakistan, depriving Pakistan of 80% of its water needs

Pakistan warned early on that this would be an act of WAR

As my great great uncle said, "water is everyones and we must all take care of it."

This goes against the natural rights of man to access water.
