Is this just mushies water & salt?
Also a bay leaf, a sprig of thyme & garlic.
It’s meant to be eaten with salads, charcuterie. Probably would be good with anything sauerkraut would pair with.
Apparently the Slavs like to eat these straight with a bottle of vodka
