Any pilots out there? Any recs for an irrational fear of flying? I love to travel, but get severe anxiety from the night before, until the plane lands.

It looks like we may be taking off in a storm from NYC tomorrow AM which is making me more nervous.

Encouraging words or tactics to decrease anxiety are appreciated.

Should I be more worried about potentially taking off in a storm?

Are you scared of dying?

I can assure you, a plane crash is a quick way to go. What’s the worst thing that can happen? You crash and die.
