The ability to listen to a pod while operating loud machinery is an awesome hack.

I've gotten so much value from these babies.

They're called Worktunes by 3M.

Now if only I could find a headset that works well with pixel & a big beard. For some reason noone can ever hear me properly.

I usually just have a TWS wireless plug under the earmuffs. It works really well, especially if the plug is in-ear type.

Is there a benefit in having the audio device integrated?

Not really,, it might just be easier to slip them on & off.

The ear protection I had didn't allow for much room to get my buds in. It was a bit of a pain.

If what you've got works, stick with em & save the sats.
