I know what you mean, but don´t trust the goverment and the media. They arrested Durov because they´re against free speach. They want all the people to believe the "truth" which they spread trought the media.

Which doesn´t mean you should trust Durov, but if i had to choose to trust Durov or the media i would choose Durov.

I said i know what you´re meaning. I don´t know why i should use Nostr in kind of webapp in Telegram.

But i just wanna say that it doesn´t matter if Durov is good or not. France put him to jail because they wanna destroy free speach.

And that although Telegram isn´t the best platform for free speach.

The only real free speach platform is Nostr

a Telegram Mini App, startet from a bot. What is the purpose doing it that way? What are the advantages for the user? Does the bot see my Telegram username? If I choose to enter my nsec there, will it leave my device?

Please clarify!

as I wrote this is what Telegram calls a "mini app". A Web view with integrated APIs to access Telegram services. What is integrated here is not obvious. One could just post a link to https://nostrx.xyz/ in Telegram and call this "integration".

And that it runs as mini app instead raises concerns. Because if you start a Telegram mini App, the Nostrx Bot running on some other server is involved. It may see your Telegram user account and connect that to your npub. Entering your nsec even might involve it being processed on the server that runs the bot.

So I asked for clarification.

It looks nice, but doees it really help to enter Nostr? I tested it a little bit and it doesn't seem to have any particular integration with the chat, it's a only a webview within Telegram, or am I missing something?

Is joining a Telegram bot really easier thant redirecting to the corresponding website (https://nostrx.xyz/)?

I think we should invite users to *move out* from Telegram, asap, don't keep them comfortably there.

I don't want to be a killjoy; it's just honest feedback. Keep building :)

so my nostr keys are then associated with telegram or stored locally? not sure if I want this. But on the other hand an interesting idea to connect existing platforms and let network effects grow.
