Wait what? LESS THAN 100 people or $1 billion is ok? How do you legislate something like this?

In the UK, they have a monarch who’s titularly supposed to be head of state. But in reality it has become a ceremonial role. If the monarch decided suddenly to exercise their nominal power, they’d find it would quickly evaporate.

Such is the process of all government. It’s all moving towards bluster and ceremony. It can’t happen soon enough if you ask me.

Florida should just pass a law outlawing hurricanes, boom problem solved.
