It was phrased poorly. It doesn't make you shit a lot, or even differently even, but it makes it extremely painful for some reason. Burning sensation. I've never seen anyone else say this, but it's something I've experienced every time I've tried it.

It's more like the feeling you get when you eat a dish with lots of hot peppers, but not quite the same as that either. It's not analogous to anything else I can think of, it just hurts.
