We’re trying to figure out more about the down relays, are we doing something wrong, are they really down, is it transitory, how do we communicate to apps that the relays they’re using aren’t online any more, etc…

I don’t think we, as community, have sufficient awareness about importance of relay infrastructure. I don’t blame paid relays for growing down, since the work is largely unpaid and unrewarding 🐶🐾🫂
