I'm two years into this. So far the best results are catering (my least favorite), distracting, bringing outside into the cold air, time outs (not super effective), and trying to get her excited about something else. When all wise fails, I sometimes resort to noise canceling head phones. Sometimes wrapping her in my arms and loving her up helps. Take her into a quiet room and try to reset her.

Ya we definitely do these too, with varying levels of success. Sometimes her screams seem to be genuine needs, other times it seems like she’s just doing it for fun 😅
We have a 6yo son too, so for sure there are times she just needs space and a reset.
