A lot of paper work and the "rehabilitation" part is just way too communist for me.

It's not that bad. They do everything.
Paper work is basically just filling your taxes for the next 2 years. And the rehabilitate seems to be nothing more that faking a budget with their software that male it easy and doing two 10 minutes phone call.
Ah, no, not true.
I have to give them proof of income for the next 9 months and I had to give them a few things at first but nothing crazy.
