Basically the two entities fighting for world domination now are the Fabian socialists with the FED and the World Bank and the Authoritarian/communists with China and the Brics.
Latin America and Africa are nothing but sandbox playgrounds to run experiments on by both.
And the developed world is nothing but the cash cow to fund everything.
I'm only 100 pages into the book and it makes everything make sense.
