yes, this is how you test that you mixed up the base solution correctly, makes your fingertips slippery.

damn i gotta make this liquid tallow soap sometime real soon tho. been sitting on a kilo of KOH for like 3 months now.

need gram accurate scales so i can do small batches and get them right with some practise. i only have 40g accurate mechanical scale right now, not good enough
