Can anyone guess, without looking it up, what the history books state the World Population was in 1750?

1,500โs had about 300 mill?
Bizarre. It makes zero sense. Zero. How did they build castles on mountain sides with like 8 people per town?

I think I heard somewhere there were more people in Mexico than Europe at that time.

Nobody knows who that is. Nobody normal.

Is 1491 worth reading?
Incredibly. Raises a lot of questions about "traditional" archaeology. It started my rabbit hole of questioning the archeological consensus and that has only gotten stronger. The cultural nuances tho are wonderful and it's crazy how often I think about social norms because of it. Truly one of my favorite historical texts.
Are we doing this Price is Right style?

Only price is right game that matters in the pick axe dude climbing the hill.
