You can get the bitcoin B as unicode symbol and copy-paste it in prusaslicer with the add text function and scale it to your needed size. But not all fonts are supporting the symbol.
what i have to paste there exactly? it only enters the text but not the symbol appears

Try to put the symbol in word before and copy it from there to prusaslicer. In prusaslicer you have to experiment with the different fonts until you find one that will show the B. Can't remember which ones are supporting it
