That one is USB 3.0 so its capped at 5GBps. I think you can get better speeds specially if you are using some kind of RAID.

I'd go with something with at least USB 3.2 or 3.1 gen 2 for 10Gbps speeds. More than that and the bottleneck will be SATA speeds.
