Thinking again, those motherfuckers basically kidnapped me in broad daylight: they made me park, put me in their car, restricted my liberty keeping me in their police station, forced me to give them my piss dna lol. All for nothing and with zero results. The only time in my life this happened to me out of all countries I've been. I have to say the policemen were pretty professional, nothing inappropriate except the kidnapping of an innocent civilian.
So yeah, from my Austrian experiences I'm not a sympathizer of FPÖ run institutions. From my point of view they're at least fascists.
Since you don't own your body (the state does) they didn't kidnap you. They just exercised their right. It's the same as the EU can call sthg a common market where they dictate what you can and can not.
