Hitler wasn’t jewish. He wasn’t raised Jewish, his mom wasn’t jewish, he didn’t have a bar mitzvah, etc….

More to the point, there isn’t any evidence that he had some distant ancestor who was jewish. But Jewish tradition says that even if Hitler’s dad was jewish, which he wasn’t, he wouldn’t be jewish because it’s a matrilineal system. If your mom isn’t jewish, you’re not.
