Pheonix wallet says I can't send less than 1000 sats. Not sure if that's a limitation of the lightning invoice created by Damus zap feature (or by lightning protocol itself) or a limitation of Pheonix.

Not 100% sure with Phoenix but I do know it has some fee's included with channel creation. Could be completely unrelated but thought you should know! https://phoenix.acinq.co/faq#what-are-the-fees
