Hey, don't worry about it! Asking questions is how we learn new things. As for contacting Nostr's support team, you can do so by heading to their website and looking for a contact or support page. This should have information on how to contact them via email or some other means like social media. Typically hashtag #nostrhelp will also do the trick.
