A multibillion-dollar arms deal. Under this arrangement, European allies would purchase U.S.-made weapons and transfer them to Ukraine. Analysts estimate that American arms sales related to this effort could top $10 billion this year alone — and if the war continues at its current pace, that figure could climb past $30 billion in 2026.
