Still a lot of relays having trouble with certain zap notes:
The 1024 is the general limit on the value of a tag. However, a zap note has the full zap request inside a tag, which can easily become longer than 1024 characters. If I'm not mistaken, this is a nostream issue, but I though it was fixed already.
Do you have an example note?

The zapper doesn't have control over the description, it MUST be the zap request.
