Is this FINCEN/USA proposed attack an attempt to end bitcoin as a p2p payment method and push bitcoin to only be a store of value in line with what the institutional ETF is likely to be?🧐

Highly likely, and also no doubt they don’t want retail to have access as a store of value/ savings either. ‘You will have nothing , you will be happy ‘ remember they say it out loud
