shouldnt it prioritize interesting relays instead of random public ones?

One step at a time...
Frankly speaking, the current relays are all similar and there aren't any interesting ones. Because we don't have relays that can manage content conveniently. Hopefully, through Jumble, the administrators and developers of relays can see another possibility similar to Reddit communities.
