In 2022, they said they were only sending defensive weapons. Then it moved to longer ranged missiles and then tanks and then f-16's.
All of these were hard no's from the Biden administration, but now they freely flow.
Gonna have to meditate on this for a while. Trying to think of an actual hard no from a government
