I remember making sausage with my dad as a kid. Using his granddaddy’s grinder. A hand crank grinder. Guess what my primary contribution was. Haven’t done it in 20 years though.
Knocked the dust off the equipment and made sausage for the first time in over 6 years. Stuffing technique needs some work!
