No, it’s fine. Still, it helps to know what kind of user this is. Do they need you to hold a backup of their keys, and do they understand the risks of doing that vs. not doing that?

Every client will create a keypair but each have different ways of storing and backing it up. My advice to most people is to just use a password manager and don’t store your only keys on your phone, because if it gets lost, that’s the end of it.
